Summary

This catalog is a collection of submitted art from The University of Illinois, Art + Design class of 2020. This BFA exhibition was unique. My graduating class of 2020 was stepping into a new chapter of life during the height of COVID. Regardless of the uncertain circumstances, it is important that we celebrated our years of accomplishments with vibrancy.​

Objective

  • Create an art catalog for thousands of copies to be printed and delivered to the Art+Design graduating class of 2020

Moodboard

The forms were inspired by path every graduate must face when leaving college and entering their new lives. There will be ups and down, twists and turns but it’s important that keep pushing forward. The design was made to be simple and play with negative space. This allowed the content to shine and unify all majors.

Printed Catelog

Each art practice was given a color and form for clear navigation. The The 2020 BFA Catalog be printed locally with 100% PCW recycled paper.
