As a designer, Taylor’s attention to detail, creativity, and ability to articulate ideas are exceptional. She is deeply perceptive and has an innate talent for understanding exactly what a client is asking for.

From gelling with the team and adapting to how we work, to her responsiveness and communication with our internal clients and managing her work, to doing work outside of the typical design activities, she’s just been excellent!

Taylor is a solid designer and team player who makes it easy to set her in motion and let her go, she is quick with a question if the need or concern arises and thoughtfully incorporates any feedback into the next iteration of a project.

Not only has Taylor provided excellent work from a technical standpoint, but she has been a big help in working with others and the board to provide creative input for some of our crucial communications. She is a great person, very eager and willing to work, and very collaborative.

As a Graphic Designer, Taylor has been instrumental in the development and implementation of an enhanced branding standard for the ILC. She is an individual of significant thoughtfulness and high integrity, with a keen intellect.
