Competitor Research

Upon kick-off, I conducted research of how other firms in the personal injury space were presenting theirselves online to understand the market and what is working and not working.  

This information was crucial to learn how to best approach my client's site.

Previous Site

The previous site for their legal services was bland and uninspiring, with an ineffective hero image and lackluster visual appeal.

Messaging was inconsistent and unclear and visually lack luster, failing to cohesively present the range of services offered or effectively state the user's problems and expressing solutions, making the site less engaging and harder to navigate.

The Aftermath

With simple changes, I was able to reshape the site by creating a more appealing and service driven site, fitting for a legal injury law firm.
When the site went live in the first month the click rate increased by 75% and site engagement by 132%.
