Summary

CNG Inc., a global leader in pulp, paper, packaging, wood, and metals distribution since 1886, partnered with Charter Next Generation (CNG), a North American provider of sustainable specialty plastic films, to launch the “I Own CNG” Employer Brand campaign.

The campaign was designed to foster employee pride, strengthen internal culture, and align leadership around a shared vision of ownership and innovation. The concept was expanded across multiple touchpoints, including OOH placements, an employee handbook, branded t-shirts, a career fair booth with pop-up banners, social media content, and ADP page banners.

Objective

  • Align leadership and employees under a unified employer brand message centered on ownership and pride in CNG’s mission.

  • Create cohesive, multi-channel materials that communicate the campaign message across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints.

  • Support recruitment and retention efforts by enhancing brand visibility and reinforcing CNG’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
